Booker's Bardstown Batch 2021-03 pays homage to the homeplace of 6th generation Master Distiller Booker Noe. While born in Springfield, Kentucky, Booker spent most of his life in Bardstown, hanging out with Jim Beam and his friends. Today, his son and grandson Fred and Freddie Noe a.k.a. 7th and 8th generation Master Distillers also live right in the birthplace of Bourbon to continue the family tradition. Released in limited quantities, this special release was aged for more than 6 years in charred white oak barrels. Uncut and unfiltered, this amber colored Whiskey comes at 125.5 proof with full-bodied flavors of spice, wood, caramel, and brown sugar. The ultimate winter sipper.
