Appearance / Color

Dark amber

Nose / Aroma / Smell

Sweet, oak, honey Grahams cereal, floral scents and cinnamon biscuits, sweet cherries, plums and peach preserves.

Flavor / Taste / Palate

Rye, clove, lemongrass, cinnamon, pumpernickel bread, stone fruit,  dry

Finish

Oak, dry finish, spices, cinnamon, allspice, clove, subtle fruit and port wine sweetness.

It’s cold, it’s damp…and frankly, it feels like spring and summer are taking their sweet ol’ time to get here. Before you get all mopey on us, look on the Rye side: High West Distillery has a dram that’s dedicated to just that very thing. This Rye blend is a limited edition that’s been finished in French Oak and port barrels and was made for a chilly, winter-y night. No need to rush spring.
